G'day and welcome to SCCC Queensland.

Do you ride a non-Harley European or Japanese Cruiser or Trike? Do you want to share your love of motorcycling with like-minded individuals? If so, read on because Southern Cross Cruiser Club (SCCC) Queensland may well have something to offer.

Way back in 1998 when the world was young and Dinosaurs walked the Earth, a young caveman named "Gorilla" saw a need to form a social club for riders of "Metric" cruiser-style motorcycles.

My name's Robby and I've been involved with the Southern Cross Cruiser Club (SCCC) since 2001 when it was a fledgling club on the up and up. I've seen the club grow to over one hundred active members as more and more riders of non-Harley cruisers and Trikes decide to give our club a try.

SCCC was founded on the principle of getting out, enjoying the riding, meeting new people and generally riding in a comfortable environment with no BS attached.

Why SCCC? Why are we different? There are probably two main points of difference between us and some of the other clubs out there: 1) We cater to the needs of the Metric cruiser community - that is the European and Japanese cruisers; and 2) We are not into racing from point "A" to point "B" as our philosophy is all about enjoying the cruising and the company.

At the moment we are based in the South Eastern part of Queensland as there seems to be a higher proportion of cruiser riders in this area.

Riders of European and Japanese cruiser-style motorbikes are welcome regardless of background or ability. We exist to make your riding and social experience enjoyable and informative so come along and check us out.

I look forward to hearing from you and can be reached on 0431-895-421 or by email.

Cheers and stay shiny side up,

Robby.
